Come to our September 22nd virtual meeting on Zoom and learn what we can do now to activate our young relatives and find out what's happening with youth voting organizing and initiatives from our panelists.

PANELISTS Gretchen Coleman, Founder, Ballot-Z Founder Gretchen is a junior at Syracuse University majoring in political science and political philosophy and lives in Palatine. She created Ballot Z to increase turnout among Illinois Generation Z voters. Ballot-Z is an online initiative designed to make information about elections and voting procedures more accessible to young voters through social media, emails and text reminders. She is grateful for the opportunity to be here and tell you all more about her initiative! Kemone Hendricks, Founder/CEO of Evanston Present and Future

Kemone is the Founder/CEO of Evanston Present and Future and organized Evanston's first annual (virtual) Juneteenth Parade in 2020. Kemone is also the political office manager at Democratic Party of Evanston and Executive Assistant at Dear Evanston. Bobby Mannis, YVote and MoVE Bobby is a Chicago native who studied economics and political science at Tulane University in New Orleans. He's returned to Chicago to work on economic policy, helping to provide opportunity to his home state. He believes political engagement is the path toward a better future, where more and diverse voices will be heard and listened to. Co-founder, MoVE Victor Shi, Intergenerational Politics, Co-Host, IL Biden Delegate, DNC Victor is a recent high school graduate from Adlai E. Stevenson High School and will be a freshman at UCLA where he plans on studying political science and American Literature and Culture. Victor has been actively involved in politics for over four years, having served as an intern for Congressman Brad Schneider, Illinois PIRG, and Equal Citizens. In addition, Victor was elected as the youngest delegate for Joe Biden in Illinois. Currently, Victor is a field organizer for the Biden campaign and co-hosts the Intergenerational Politics Podcast with Jill Wine-Banks.
